Yep, they're Sasuke and Sakura.
I know I'll get some insults for this but you have to live with it: I am a huge Sasuke FANGIRL.
I think he's the sexiest man ever appeared in any serie/manga, REALLY.
Now, I know this will never happen. Sasuke is a emo-freak, and maybe a little gay too, so just let go our imagination for a moment.
I'm aware that his grin is not natural, he'd never smile that much.
I've been reading a lot of Sasuke-Sakura fanfictions lately and this drawing was inspired by a ~Sasusaku91's fanfiction on EFP, you can find it here in Italian [link]
I think she started to translate it in english here on DA, so go take a look
(I don't think this needs to be flagged as mature content..)
